What I did this week, February 4-10

I was still getting over my virus early in the week, so it wasn't a stellar exercise week for me. I decided to do a run instead of swimming tonight, but expect to do my normal routine next week.  That means I'll be back in the pool on Tuesday.

Monday: Walked 35 minutes, shoveled snow
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Ran 30 minutes (final workout of Ease into 5K), walked 10 minutes, shoveled snow
Thursday: Spinning class
Friday: Off
Saturday: Pilates Circuit class, 15 minute walk, lots of housecleaning
Sunday: Ran 30 minutes, walked 10

Planned workouts for next week:

Monday: Spinning and yoga
Tuesday: Swimming
Wednesday: Running
Thursday: Spinning, possibly strength training if I get my new book in time
Friday: Running
Saturday: Pilates Circuit
Sunday: Masters' Swim

Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I would expect, based on my Lose It numbers, to lose maybe one-third to one-half of a pound. My food wasn't great this week. Doing better with exercise actually helps me eat better, too.
