What containers are you using for your water? Can you use containers where you fill them in the morning, drink water only out of them, and then at the end of the day looking at the containers will tell you how much you drank? I have a friend who does this with pitchers in the refrigerator. They would not work for me, I am not home during the day. I fill two canteens each morning and then refill one during the day which gives me three. If the refill was throwing me off, I would get another canteen.
ReplyYou must have pretty good self discipline to keep this up.
